Apple could release a 'cheap' iPhone next year that fans are calling one 'hell of a deal.'
Sources claimed that the iPhone SE 4 model will have a reduced price tag of around $500 and a design similar to the iPhone 14.
The 'budget' smartphone is set to include an improved camera, a new processor with AI functions and an action button for nearly half the price of the upcoming iPhone 16.
Apple is also rumored to replace the outdated LED screen with an OLED display that provides a brighter, more vivid viewing experience included with newer iPhones.

Apple has not officially confirmed it is building an iPhone SE 4, but reports about the upcoming device have flooded the web in recent weeks.
The last budget device, the iPhone SE 3, hit the market in 2022, which suggests the tech giant is due to release an upgraded model.
iPhone fans expressed their excitement about the possible new device on Reddit, with one person writing: 'iPhone SE 4 shaping up to be a hell of a good deal.'
Another said: 'This is going to be my pick this year,' and one added: 'Will absolutely be my next upgrade from the 12.'
Unnamed sources told Japan's Nikkei Asia that Apple has started placing organic light-emitting diode (OLED) orders.
The new screen will deliver a sharper contrast and more vivid viewing experience than liquid crystal display (LED) screens.
The newer display emit light on its own without needing a backlight, which provides a nearly perfect viewing experience regardless of the angle.

OLEDs generally have a higher brightness and can display colors more accurately.
These displays also emit less blue light than their LED counterparts which can help lessen eye discomfort and improve sleep quality.
Apple has reportedly placed OLED orders for its series four SE model with China's BOE Technology Group and South Korea's LG Display.
The company first started using OLED panels on its smartphones when it released the iPhone X in 2017, but until now it hasn't fully made the swap.
This could be because these higher tech screens typically cost about 20 percent more to produce because they use more expensive materials than LEDs, are harder to manufacture and have a shorter lifespan.
Not only could the iPhone SE 4 be getting the advance screen at a lower cost to consumers, but is also rumored to have a 6.1-inch display compared to the 4.7-inch screen of the previous model.
The SE 4 is expected to be released in 2025 and will cost $499 compared to the upcoming iPhone 16 which will likely carry a $799 price tag.
