An expert on human behavior has spoken out on the viral theory that Charlie Kirk was assassinated by a second gunman standing near the stage.

Footage spread across social media showed a man in a blue shirt with his arms crossed while staring at the crowd.

In the wake of the horrific shooting, conspiracy theories seized on the video as 'proof' he was the shooter or involved in the plot.

They claimed a gun could have been concealed under one of his folded arms that could have covertly fired a shot at Kirk without anyone knowing.

But the claims, which have spread like wildfire online, have been completely debunked by experts and Utah student Tyler Robinson has been charged.

Jesús Enrique Rosas, known as The Body Language Guy, revealed to the Daily Mail 'basic physics' meant it was impossible it could have been the man in the blue shirt.

He pointed out the way Kirk's head snapped to the right was due to the impact from the bullet coming head on, not to the side where the man was.

He analyzed the footage frame by frame, showing no gun, smoke, recoil, or flash from the man in the navy blue shirt, who appeared to just be holding a napkin.

Rosas told the Daily Mail on Wednesday: 'There is no way the bullet could have come from sideways.

'Charlie Kirk's body jolts backwards upon impact, which is consistent with a frontal force.'

The expert also noted audio forensics showed the time between the shot ringing out and Kirk's body being hit meant it must have traveled 140 yards.

He continued: 'I'm just telling you what is physically possible and how the human body works under, well, the stress of a bullet.

'Nobody to the right of Charlie took a magic shot that has no [entry] wound and especially there is no muscle flash, there's no smoke, there's no recoil, and the exit wound doesn't behave like an exit wound should behave.'

Rosas added: 'We still need bullet forensics to reveal what happened with the bullet itself, if it hit bones or remained lodged inside Charlie's body since there seems to be no blood spatter pattern in the white background at the back.'

He concluded the bullet came from the rooftop in front of Kirk, possibly ricocheting off another object, leaving fragments in his skull meaning there was no exit wound.

Rosas' breakdown aligned with the statements coming from FBI Director Kash Patel and authorities in Utah, who say Robinson was their lone suspect.

He said he was compelled to address the video after receiving hundreds of messages about the theory from his fans.

Prosecutors filed an aggravated murder charge on Tuesday against suspected Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson, 22, (left) and are seeking the death penalty

Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was brutally assassinated in front of his family during a student event at Utah Valley University last Wednesday.

The shooter fired one shot from the roof of a nearby building and struck his next, with the conservative activist being pronounced dead in hospital.

Robinson was arrested late the next day after a 33-hour manhunt. He was charged on Monday with capital murder, felony discharge of a firearm, two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering, and committing a violent offense in the presence of a child.

If he is found guilty of the first charge, he could be executed by firing squad under Utah state law.
