A former KPMG employee appeared with two others in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court on Thursday in connection with the siphoning of bursary funds, valued at R16.5 million, from students pursuing a career in chartered accountancy.
Fidelis Moema, Trevor Machimana and Lebohang Sigubudu were applying for bail.
Moema faces 431 counts relating to offences he allegedly committed during his time as a bursary specialist at KPMG.
