Alleged gang boss Ralph Stanfield was back in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court on Wednesday - and his legal team argued that the gun licence corruption and fraud case against him and his co-accused should be dropped.
They contend the indictment contains no detail helpful enough for him to defend himself on trial, or to know how to plead.
Stanfield is alleged to be the leader of a criminal enterprise, but he contends the State is just making sweeping generalisations, without actual details of what he is alleged to have done.
