Former Bishops Diocesan College schoolboy-turned-professional rugby player Bingô Ivanisevic and Bishops are being sued for R645 000 over a punch thrown at a Rondebosch Boys High School pupil during a water polo match between the two rival schools.

The "BishBosch", as the highly competitive derby between the two schools is called, took place on 3 February 2018 during a match at Bishops, and ended with the Bishops coach being pushed into the pool.

Ivanisevic is accused of punching a Rondebosch opponent, Ross Stone, in the mouth, sending one of his teeth sinking to the bottom of the pool, and displacing two others.
