The ANC remains divided on working with the DA.
This is even after party president Cyril Ramaphosa revealed at a late-night address on Thursday that the ANC would invite other organisations, including the DA, to join a Government of National Unity (GNU).
Ramaphosa made the announcement after a marathon national executive committee (NEC) meeting at the Birchwood Hotel in Ekurhuleni, where almost all 80 NEC members aired their views. The NEC meeting followed a meeting of the party's national working committee on Tuesday.
