All eyes will be firmly on President Cyril Ramaphosa when he finally signs the much-anticipated National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill into law at the Union Buildings in Pretoria on Wednesday.

The signing ceremony takes place amid threats from the DA and Business Unity SA to challenge the bill in court as soon as Ramaphosa signs it.
