These were some of the remarks made by Judge Mokate Noko when he convicted Belinda Bezuidenhout, 30, and her husband Stefanus Benjamin Bezuidenhout, 41, for brutally abusing and murdering their little daughter, 2-year-old Chane Bezuidenhout.
The pair sexually abused and raped Chane before killing her on 11 May 2021 at their home in Alberton, south of Johannesburg.
