Armindo Joaquim Pacula, who stands accused of killing Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock, intends to enter into a plea agreement.
This was revealed by the 25-year-old Mozambican national’s lawyer, Tembile Gumpe, in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday, and suggests he plans on pleading guilty.
Pacula previously made a confession before a magistrate in the Tsakane Magistrate’s Court.
And following his first appearance on 2 February, Pacula accompanied officers to the scene of Stock’s murder outside the Zambezi Building in Johannesburg and pointed out the spot from where he claimed he fired the shots that killed the popular DJ on 16 December last year.
News24 previously reported that Pacula was allegedly offered R25 000 to kill Stock, but subsequently paid R7 000.
