Driving with J9 is back for Season 2, with new episodes going live on the first of every month, at 07:00.

The upcoming 2026 Formula 1 season will bring the biggest rules and regulations changes we’ve seen in a very long time. The cars are shorter, thinner, and lighter, and the powertrain power split has changed. There’s also no longer any Drag Reduction System (DRS).
SA motoring personality, Jacob Moshokoa and I discuss who we think will do well this year, and what all the new rules and regulations mean for the drivers.

We also highlight the 18 SA Car of the Year finalists for this year’s competition, and which cars we think stand a chance at the title.
