Five people, including a two-month-old boy, died in a crash in the notorious Satan's Nek Pass between Ngcobo and Khowa in the Eastern Cape on Tuesday.
Provincial transport department spokesperson Unathi Binqose said the minibus in which the victims were travelling lost control and overturned on the pass.
Binqose added the 14 occupants in the vehicle were travelling to Mthatha from Rustenburg in the North West.
