Lawyers representing two of the 15 accused in the University of Fort Hare criminal matter on Wednesday lambasted officials at the Dimbaza Magistrate's Court for failing to ensure that their clients were taken to hospital.
The magistrate, Nontuthuzelo Sontlaba, on Tuesday ordered that the accused, Craig Retief and Bradley Conradie, be taken to hospital.
But it did not happen.
