Western Cape police are investigating a robbery case after the home of former Western Cape head of detectives Jeremy Vearey was broken into on Tuesday night.
Police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Malcolm Pojie said a family of four was held up by three unknown armed men who robbed them of electronic devices, including a laptop, iPhone, iPad and cash.
"Mowbray police registered a house robbery case for further investigation following an incident, which occurred at a residence in Mowbray at about 20:45 on Tuesday, 18 June 2024.
