After being shot down three times, former SABC boss Hlaudi Motsoeneng is making another attempt to keep the R11 million "success fee" he received from the public broadcaster.
In his latest attempt, Motsoeneng approached the highest court in the land to appeal against a decision by the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) that dismissed his request for condonation to have his leave of appeal against an earlier judgment reinstated.
