Police in the Western Cape are on high alert after alleged 28s gang member Noor Stanfield Stephanus was shot dead in Valhalla Park.
The Western Cape's various law enforcement agencies have heightened their presence in Valhalla Park after alleged 28s gang member Noor Stanfield Stephanus was shot dead in Angela Street on Saturday afternoon.
Stephanus is believed to be the son of alleged gang leader Ralph Stanfield's uncle, Colin, who died of lung cancer in 2004.
The Stanfields are alleged to have their hands in various criminal activities on the Cape Flats.
