EFF leader Julius Malema and five party MPs have committed to showing their pay slips, accounts for school fees, and personal expenses to the Western Cape High Court to overturn their suspensions from Parliament.

The suspensions mean Malema and his top brass will not be able to attend the State of the Nation Address (SONA) and will have their salaries for the month of February docked.

But the EFF has been relentless.
