The State is expected to provide an update on the investigation into the disappearance of 6-year-old Joshlin Smith when her mother and three co-accused return to the Vredenburg Magistrate's Court on Monday.
Smith will be joined in the dock by her boyfriend, Jacquen Appolis, as well as Steveno van Rhyn and Lourentia Lombaard.
Charged with kidnapping and human trafficking, all of the accused have opted not to apply for bail.
