More than 200 homes were destroyed in a Cape Town fire.
More than 200 homes have been destroyed, leaving hundreds of people displaced after a fire swept through an informal settlement in Ngena Street, Dunoon, Cape Town on Saturday.
At least one person was injured and fire services were called to the scene at approximately 05:30.
According to the City's Fire and Rescue Services a total of 14 fire trucks were on scene with over 50 staff battling the extensive blaze.
