An independent panel has given the National Assembly the greenlight to proceed with a formal inquiry into allegations of misconduct against Commission for Gender Equality commissioner Mbuyiselo Botha.
This is the first step in permanently removing Botha from his position.
On Thursday, Parliament announced it had received and distributed the panel's report among MPs.
