Just when you thought the Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala saga couldn’t get any more intriguing, it does.

Today, specialist investigative journalist Jeff Wicks can reveal the notorious tender don secured a pretty affordable deal to rent a state clinic on the grounds of the Pretoria West Police Training Academy, a full six months before he landed a controversial R360-million health services tender with the SA Police Service.
