President Cyril Ramaphosa has commended Ireland, Norway and Spain for "breaking ranks" and recognising Palestine as a state.
This comes after reports that the three countries will officially recognise Palestine as a state next Tuesday.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday after his Siyanqoba mini rally at Kamhlushwa Stadium in Tonga, outside Mbombela in Mpumalanga, Ramaphosa said he was "very pleased".
