The SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) has received a complaint about sewage spills and water outages in Knysna.
Sewage spills and water woes in Knysna, Western Cape, have been escalated to the SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC).
Commissioner Aseza Gungubele said the SAHRC had received a complaint regarding service delivery in the Knysna Local Municipality and was engaging with local authorities.
He told News24, on the back of a whirlwind tour through the province this week, that the commission had been asked to intervene regarding sewage spills and "people not having access to water".
