Firefighters are still battling to contain a massive blaze in Simon's Town
Firefighters battled through the night to contain a blaze on the mountain slopes above Simon's Town in the Cape Peninsula, which edged dangerously close to homes.
The fire, which broke out on Tuesday, was fanned by strong winds above Murdock Valley.
Crews water-bombed the blaze in an effort to bring it under control.
