The first sitting of the seventh Parliament will take place on Friday and it has four items on the agenda: the swearing-in of MPs, and the election of a speaker, a deputy speaker and the president.

National Assembly sittings usually start with a moment for prayers or silent meditation.

In 2019, the national anthem was sung after this. This year, Parliament's choir will sing the anthem.
