A truck delivering water to a Johannesburg suburb marred by water issues and speeding motorists and taxis – these are all painful reminders for a father fighting for justice for his son.

It's been just over a year since 13-year-old Ethan Sass died after being knocked down by a speeding taxi while he was collecting water from a tanker in Coronationville, Johannesburg, and no one has yet been arrested.

Ethan died after spending close to a month in ICU at Baragwanath Hospital.
