The crime scene where four people were shot dead in Soshanguve on New Year's Day.
The father of the police officer, who was killed during a deadly shooting in Soshanguve, along with three others, says nothing brought him as much joy as knowing his son was in the law enforcement profession.
Philemon Tshipo said he had been extremely proud of his son, Constable Mpho Kgobotlo.
"Every time I thought of the fact that he is a cop, I would feel happy and smile. It's a feeling I can't explain, but that is all gone now, and I'm filled with so much sorrow," he told News24.
