Former Stellenbosch University (SU) student Theuns du Toit is considering appealing the Western Cape High Court's judgment against him following his unsuccessful attempt to overturn his expulsion.

Du Toit was expelled for urinating on the belongings of first-year student Babalo Ndwayana. 

On Thursday, the High Court dismissed Du Toit's legal bid to review and set aside the decisions of the university's disciplinary committee and the appeal disciplinary committee to expel him after he acted in a racist manner.
