Despite being in custody, disbarred advocate Malesela Teffo again allegedly refused to appear in court for his assault, theft and malicious damage to property case.
Teffo was expected to appear in the prison court at the Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Facility on Wednesday.
However, according to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), correctional services officers could not get Teffo out of his cell.
