Three people have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a Mpumalanga man and cutting off his hands.

Police spokesperson Colonel Donald Mdhluli said three relatives aged between 20 and 55 were arrested in Vosman, Emalahleni, on Wednesday night.

They are expected to appear in the Emalahleni Magistrate's Court on 2 April.
