Major General Francis Slambert has survived another assassination plot.
A 61-year-old man is in jail for planning an assassination attempt on the district commissioner of uMzinyathi in KwaZulu-Natal, Major-General Francis Slambert.
According to police, Slambert also survived at least two assassination attempts between May and August this year.
She took over as commissioner in 2022.
