The family of a three-year-old boy who drowned in a pit toilet in Mdantsane, the Eastern Cape, has lambasted the management of the Little Champions Day Care Centre, labelling them careless.
Little Unecebo Mboteni died in Frere Hospital's ICU last Friday after he fell into a pit toilet on 18 April.
After the incident, the daycare closed.
