Limpopo's acting provincial police commissioner Major General Jan Scheepers has appealed to communities to refrain from acts of vigilantism.

Two men were killed in suspected vigilante attacks in Limpopo on Monday and Tuesday.
Police spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba said the incidents happened in Ivy Park, Seokodibeng village, Capricorn and Sekhukhune District.
In the Ivy Park incident, according to Ledwaba, Westenburg police were alerted when a man was found lying in the middle of the street on Monday, bleeding, with injuries to his head.
