A gardener arrested in connection with the murder of a domestic worker who was allegedly killed for a R6 million insurance payout is cooperating with the police.
News24 understands that the 37-year-old gardener has volunteered to spill the beans that would implicate a Gauteng nurse for allegedly masterminding the murder of 21-year-old Busiswa Nxumalo in 2022.
A police officer close to the investigation said after the gardener was arrested in Bolobedu, Limpopo, where he had fled, he told the police "everything".
