After 28 years of dating, not even hospitalisation could prevent a Gauteng couple from exchanging their vows, albeit in an unconventional venue.
Godfrey Maboi, 49, and Paulinah Mogale, 44, tied the knot on Sunday, despite the groom being hospitalised for more than a week after being injured in a road accident.
The pair opted to keep their wedding date — a year after their engagement — but moved the festivities to Maboi's ward at the Far East Rand Hospital in Springs.
