Mandisa Muruge watched in horror as a gunman shot and killed Rand Water executive Teboho Joala in full view of pupils at a back-to-school event in Zakariyya Park, Johannesburg, on Monday.
"As Joala was preparing himself to address the pupils, a hitman entered the hall from the door used by officials.
"A hitman went straight to Joala and opened fire. He shot him in the head, and then went for his body.
