It's the go-to music streaming platform for millions of people around the world.
But Spotify has suffered an outage this morning, with thousands of reports coming in from affected users to Down Detector.
The issues started at around 10:00 BST and have affected users globally.
So far, more than 7,500 problems have been logged in the UK, while almost 4,000 have been reported on Down Detector's US site.
Of those who reported problems in the UK, 63 per cent said the issue was with the app, while 20 per cent said they were struggling with the website.
The remaining 17 per cent said the problem was with video streaming.
In a statement posted to X at 11am, the @SpotifyCares support account confirmed the 'recent issues' but said they are now resolved.
'We’re aware of some recent issues that should be all clear now! Thanks for your patience, you rock,' it said.

'Have you tried a quick reinstall? If that doesn't help, we'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service,' it replied to one user.
While the reason for the outage remains unclear, some users reported seeing three dots on their screen.
Others said they are unable to login at all, while one said their entire screen went black.
Another person said on X: 'I can listen to music but cannot search for anything, not even the homepage is loading up.'
MailOnline tried to access Spotify on an iPhone and on a desktop computer in the UK, and did not encounter these issues on either device.

'Spotify won't load any more and it gives me errors every time i try to load it,' one user tweeted.

According to tech company Dynatrace, outages 'are an ever-present threat in our increasingly digital world' and can occur for many reasons.
These include software bugs, cyberattacks, surges in demand, issues with backup processes, network problems or human errors.
'Each of these factors can independently cause a major disruption, but often, outages result from a combination of issues,' Dynatrace says.

The outage comes shortly after Spotify angered users by raising its prices for the second time in less than a year.
In the UK, all three of Spotify's Premium subscription tiers went in price last June by as much as 13 per cent.
The Individual plan went from £10.99/month to £11.99/month, while Duo went from £14.99/month to £16.99/month.
Meanwhile, the Family package is now a whopping £19.99/month, up from £17.99/month.
MailOnline has contacted Spotify for comment on the outage.
