The Chief Executive Officer of Royal Hair Limited and Radiant Revive Limited, Steve Maduka, says that over 200 direct and ad hoc staff of his company will benefit from its Personal Improvement Scheme.

In a statement sent to Society Plus, Maduka stated that besides the financial benefits, the staff will also be trained at the Lagos Business School for a two-week training on essential management skills.

Speaking at the inauguration of the programme, Maduka said the training aimed to improve the skill set of management staff, consequently resulting in improved business operations.

While encouraging all members of staff to show commitment to their work, Maduka stated that hard work would be richly rewarded with better incentives.

He said, “There is opportunities for growth and improvement, but only those who work hard and show commitment, will benefit from the various incentives and training programmes outlined for staff.”

The entrepreneur added that before the end of the first quarter of the year, there would be a 25 per cent increase in employment, thereby providing jobs for many.

The CEO emphasised that to grow the business, more branches would be opened in the year.
