The summer transfer window has closed throughout Europe, but there are still moves in the works and plenty of gossip swirling around. Transfer Talk brings you all the latest buzz on rumours, comings, goings and, of course, done deals!
TOP STORY: Trio of clubs looking at Phillips
Bayern Munich, Juventus and Liverpool are all among the clubs who will look at Kalvin Phillips if the midfielder leaves Manchester City, according to Sky Sports Deutschland.
The 27-year-old's struggles for game time at the Etihad have continued, with only five appearances totalling just 167 minutes so far this season.
That is making the likelihood of a winter move more realistic, with a loan with the option to make the deal permanent a distinct possibility.
Sky Sports' Florian Plettenberg says that there has not yet been any concrete contact between Bayern and the England international, while Juventus are also looking at Phillips in the aftermath of Paul Pogba's doping ban, especially as Bianconeri boss Massimiliano Allegri likes the midfielder's "physical, quick switching game."
In addition, Liverpool could aim to bring in the former Leeds United man as they continue to shape their midfield, with the feeling being that he could provide a more defensive reinforcement alongside summer signing Alexis Mac Allister.

PAPER GOSSIP
- AS have looked into Real Madrid's search for a new striker for next season, with Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappé and Manchester City's Erling Haaland the two players they are focusing on. The big question on Mbappe, 24, is whether he renews his PSG contract, while Los Blancos must decide whether they want to trigger Haaland's release clause -- a figure believed to be between €180 million and €200 million.
- Juventus will be able to sign Lazar Samardzic in January only if Udinese are in a strong position to avoid relegation, reports Calciomercato. Andrea Sottil's side currently sit in 18th place with six points from nine Serie A matches. The Bianconeri's hope is to bring in the 21-year-old midfielder on loan with an option to make the deal permanent that would become an obligation under certain circumstances.
- Serhou Guirassy wants to stay at VfB Stuttgart until the end of the season, reports Sky Sports Deutschland, with this coming amid talk around the €20m release clause that kicks in during the summer. A departure ahead of the 2023-24 campaign is still likely despite the Bundesliga club's efforts to buy out the 27-year-old's release clause or increase it.
- Lille's Jonathan David is among the priorities in AC Milan's search to bring in a striker, reports Calciomercato, with their positive relationship with the Ligue 1 club being a contributing factor. They will attempt to move for the 23-year-old in January and will return in the summer if their initial efforts are unsuccessful.
- Everton are concerned that they could lose striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin to Al Ettifaq amid their takeover uncertainty, according to Football Insider. Toffees boss Sean Dyche sees the 26-year-old as a key player, but the club's hand could be forced if the proposed 777 Partners takeover does not go ahead.
