The decomposing body of a police officer has been recovered after she was reported missing last week.
Sergeant Juliet Motshwene, 45, who was stationed at Rakgoadi Police Station in the Sekhukhune district of Limpopo, was reported missing after she was last seen leaving her residence in Kgapamadi on Tuesday.
The police launched a search for Motshwene, which police spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba said came to a "devastating conclusion" when her body was found on Sunday.
