K9 Brooke died aged 15 years, it was a celebrated Wilderness Live Find SAR member.
Members of the K9 Search and Rescue Association of South Africa (K9 SARA) are mourning the loss of K9 Brooke, who spent 12 years tracking down missing people and saving lives.
The 15-year-old pointer-breed dog died of old age last week Monday in the arms of her owner and handler, Mariann Wilson.
Brooke was a Wilderness Live Find Search and Rescue member.
