The South African Weather Service (SAWS) has forecast cold conditions for parts of the Western Cape, Northern Cape, Free State, Eastern Cape and the North West.

Impact-based warnings

Yellow Level 2 warning for damaging waves: Navigation difficulties and potential capsize of small vessels are expected along the coastline between Cape Point and Plettenberg Bay.

Yellow Level 2 warning for damaging winds and waves: Navigation difficulties and risks of vessels capsizing are expected from Plettenberg Bay to Port Edward.
