This is just some of the new detail that has emerged, detailing how Mofokeng, a 19-year-old Vaal teenager, was repeatedly "tubed" [suffocated] with a plastic bag while pleading for mercy until she died.
Her untimely demise came last weekend after a night of "fun" with her boyfriend and two other couples, where they drank booze and a concoction of codeine-based cough syrup and soft drinks known as "lean".
