Residents of Coronationville and surrounding areas in Johannesburg have been without a consistent water supply for more than a week due to Rand Water's maintenance.

With a lack of water trucks, residents are forced to push wheelie bins to the local primary school to collect water from its borehole.

The elderly, incapable of carrying heavy buckets of water, have been left stranded.
