Councillor Mzwakhe Mbatha
Suspension processes are underway after an ActionSA councillor in KwaZulu-Natal allegedly sexually harassed a woman, forcing her to remove her shirt.
The councillor, Mzwakhe Mbatha, is at the centre of allegations that stem from an incident on 26 August involving another ActionSA member.
When News24 contacted Mbatha for comment on Friday, he declined, saying the matter was sub judice and under investigation by the police.
