Former ANC president Jacob Zuma reckons he, unlike his successor Cyril Ramaphosa, "totally ended load shedding".
Zuma was speaking at an uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) mini-rally in Ndwedwe.
The former ANC president, who is now backing the MKP against his lifelong party, said the current administration had failed to eradicate the rolling blackouts.
