This week, Anlia shared a little more, this time reflecting on her postpartum journey and the importance of having a solid support system—who, in her case, happens to be her mom.

Anlia, who welcomed her second daughter in November, shared a beautiful thank-you post along with a compilation video of her mom helping out in various ways, from cooking to playing to soothing her little grandbabies.

“Thank you, Mom, for the last 6 weeks. It’s an absolute privilege when your mom drops everything to come and help you while your husband is away on tour and you just gave birth. Thank you, Dad, for letting us borrow her! We love and appreciate you so much,” she wrote in Afrikaans.
