Change Starts Now leader Roger Jardine has challenged President Cyril Ramaphosa to a public debate.

Former banker Roger Jardine's Change Starts Now (CSN) failed to attract a decent crowd to the launch of its charter manifesto on Monday.

The party, however, leaned on activists, a party-hopping anti-apartheid activist, and an Eastern Cape traditional leader to drum up support.

Gender activist Professor Nomboniso Gasa, anti-apartheid activist Mike Xego, Kliptown activist Bob Nameng, as well as prince and doctor Fezile Potwana were all brought in as reinforcements to get the crowd excited about CSN's offering ahead of the elections.
