The South Africa Weather Service has warned of severe thunderstorms and rain, leading to localised flooding in Limpopo and KwaZulu-Natal.

Yellow Level 2 Warning: Expect severe thunderstorms with heavy downpours and strong, damaging winds in the northern and western parts of Limpopo, leading to localised flooding of roads, settlements, and some infrastructure damage.

Yellow Level 2 Warning: Disruptive rain is expected along the extreme north-eastern parts of KwaZulu-Natal, leading to localised flooding in susceptible areas and potential damage to infrastructure.

Yellow Level 1 Warning: If you are heading out to sea between Lambert's Bay and Cape Point, be prepared for damaging winds that will make navigation difficult. The winds will be moving to Cape Agulhas by Tuesday and clearing north of Table Bay by Wednesday.

Coastal winds will be light to moderate south-westerly north of East London initially, otherwise south-easterly, becoming easterly in the evening.
