Joshlin Smith's father, Jose Emke, firmly believes his daughter was abducted.
Speaking after meeting with Police Minister Bheki Cele and Joshlin's mom Kelly Smith on Saturday, Emke said: "She disappeared like mist in the sun."
He then asked, "Where did my child go?"
