The Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC) dismissed a teacher who sexually assaulted pupils at a special needs school in 2021.
Njabulo Mbeje was found guilty of the offences against seven pupils at Sive Special School in the Eastern Cape.
He was found guilty after an arbitration process between the provincial education department and the ELRC.
